QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience in the stimulation and completion of wells in ultra tight gas, tight gas, and shale reservoirs,
- Experienced in simulating frac treatments in FracPro or similar suite,
- Interpretation experience of diagnostics such as data fracs and DFIT’s,
- Experienced in developing slickline testing procedures to determine reservoir and post frac performance,
- Log interpretation and analysis,
- Nodal analysis experience a plus,
- Coil tubing clean out and velocity string installation,
- Extensive workover and completion rig experience,
- Underbalanced completions,
- Expected to work in a multidisciplinary team with G&G and reservoir engineers,
- Capable of managing one or several frac crews,
- Experience with joint venture partnerships a plus,
- Oil production experience a plus,
- Artifical Lift – SRP’s, PCP’s, and ESP experience a plus,
- Acidizing – both for carbonates and clastics a plus,
- Expected to promote and foster team relationships.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:- University degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering,
- Minimum 3 years’ experience,
- No military services obligation,
- Excellent command of English; both written and verbal,
- Ability to work overtime at flexible hours,
- Excellent command of organizational & coordination skills,
- Knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Experience in SRP-ESP and PCP system for oil field,
- Experience in communication systems like Modbus (RS485-235), ethernet, hart protocol TCP-IP,
- Ability to prepare and read P&IDs, flow diagrams, wiring diagrams,
- Experience in servicing and diagnosing the electric side of electric over hydraulic systems,
- Understanding of PID systems (proportional–integral–derivative controllers).
