QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Navist, located in Turkey, is an engineering and consultancy company offering comprehensive multidisciplinary CAE and R&D services in every engineering domain from mechanical design to CFD, thermal, structural and 1D system level simulations. Following the latest CAE trends and industry vision, Navist incorporates the newest simulation techniques and advanced optimization methodologies in virtual prototyping projects for its customers as well as in its in-house R&D projects.

We are hiring a Structural Analysis Engineer to join our CAE team.

Main Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace engineering or equivalent,
0-2 years of experience,
Strong fundamental knowledge in FEA,
Experiences with structural FEA software such as ANSYS,
Knowledge of CAD tools and pre-processing tools,
Analytical and solution-oriented working style combined with ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills to interface with partners.
Proficient level of English, both spoken and written,
Able to work to tight deadlines and manage one’s own time and the demanding expectations of the projects,
The position is located in Ankara.

Job Description

Performing static, modal, dynamic strength, vibration, fatigue, crash etc. analyses for all structural projects of the company,
Submitting necessary improvement suggestions to the design team and performing optimization studies,
Preparing detailed technical reports and presentations in Turkish and English,
Developing innovative approach methods for more effective use of analysis processes,
Following the developments in the software used and attending the trainings.
