QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary responsibilities of this Executive Assistant are to;

  • Assemble and analyze information.
  • Prepare reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence, and memorandum as guided by general company practice.
  • Establish and maintain departmental databases and develops spreadsheets of importance to the department.
  • Assist in meeting planning and preparation work needed, i.e., drafting agendas and broader communications.
  • Coordinate details of departmental meetings and/or on and offsite conferences and events.
  • To complete all the preparations regarding the business trips (hotel reservations, flight ticket, foreign Exchange, etc…) on time,
  • Screen/redirect calls, take messages, sort and distribute mail.
  • Coordinate activities across departments and follow up to ensure that requests are carried out.
  • Process expense reports and payment of invoices.
  • Perform additional accountabilities as required.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 4 years of executive assistant job experience
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills
  • Should be eager to learn, flexible, and team-work oriented
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organization skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing tasks
  • No travel restrictions
