QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary responsibilities of this Executive Assistant are to;
- Assemble and analyze information.
- Prepare reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence, and memorandum as guided by general company practice.
- Establish and maintain departmental databases and develops spreadsheets of importance to the department.
- Assist in meeting planning and preparation work needed, i.e., drafting agendas and broader communications.
- Coordinate details of departmental meetings and/or on and offsite conferences and events.
- To complete all the preparations regarding the business trips (hotel reservations, flight ticket, foreign Exchange, etc…) on time,
- Screen/redirect calls, take messages, sort and distribute mail.
- Coordinate activities across departments and follow up to ensure that requests are carried out.
- Process expense reports and payment of invoices.
- Perform additional accountabilities as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 4 years of executive assistant job experience
- Maintain confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills
- Should be eager to learn, flexible, and team-work oriented
- Excellent communication, project management, and organization skills
- Strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing tasks
- No travel restrictions
