Bachelor’s degree
More than 8 years of executive and personal assistance experience in a dynamic work environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English
No obstacles for flexible working hours and travel
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
Strong coordination, communication and time management skills
Experience of providing secretarial and administrative support to senior executives
Attention to details and multitasking competency
Information gathering and monitoring skills
Stress tolerance, high motivation and energy
Excellent typing speed and IT skills in MS Office
JOB DESCRIPTION
Acting as an Executive Assistant and a Personal Assistant to the Partners
Conserving executive's time by collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
Maintaining executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
Organizing meetings and preparing presentations
Answering and managing incoming calls
Booking of travel and accommodation along with other people traveling if necessary
Welcoming guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
Greeting, receiving and guiding the international guests
Handling all confidential material relevant to company operations and personal issues
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Maintaining appropriate records, files and documentations
Should be available 7 days of the week to support the Founding Partner through phone and email
