· Fulfilling of the requests of clients who want to study abroad via telephone, mail or face to face meetings,
· Conducting interviews with clients, analyzing their career and training needs and searching for the appropriate training program for this need,
· Informing students in detail about the contracted schools and education programs abroad,
· After the analysis and information made, guiding the applicant to choose the most suitable school and program and completing the the sale of the relevant program,
· Transferring the process to the registration team for the registration of the student and informing the student during the entire application process and answering any questions,
· Following-up of the student's process with both the student and the necessary internal teams, and informing the stakeholders when necessary,
Preparing the required daily, weekly and monthly reports and submitting them to senior management.
