We are looking for a teammate to be appointed as the "Sales and Marketing Manager" in the factory of our company, which has been producing in the field of Machinery Manufacturing and has been the leading brand in its sector with its know-how and experience since 1975, in Manisa, within the body of Sales and Marketing.



Job Responsibilities

Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff.

Job Description

  • To support the determination of the company's marketing and sales strategies, and to ensure that sales activities are carried out within the framework of these principles.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan per customer to strengthen business relationship and increase revenues
  • Identify new customers and develop a plan to initiate relationship considering competitive position
  • Monitor customer orders, deliveries, quality issues closely and be on top of any opportunities and risks and create and implement action plans in coordination with related departments
  • Oversee the timely and accurate offer preparation and contract management processes for customer
  • Prepare sales development/performance reports and forecasts for top management
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of key account representatives


  • Qualification
  • Experience of 10-15 years in sales position
  • University degree from Engineering, Business Administration or Economics departments
  • Experience in leading technical/project sales processes (preferably in the machinery industry)
  • Excellent command of English (French as a 2. language is a plus)
  • High experience in feasibility and profitability analysis
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to use adequate tools
  • Advanced computer literacy skill required, specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written, ability to prepare effective customer presentations
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to rise to challenges and effectively lead issue resolution processes
  • High degree of flexibility, ability to adapt to fast changing conditions
  • Ability to make fast, pragmatic, analytical decisions
  • Readiness for business trips
  • Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media
