Aon is looking for an Account Executive – Reinsurance Solutions / Credit Solutions Department

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions in our Reinsurance Solutions department in Istanbul.

Skills and Qualifications


  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
  • Minimum 3 years Corporate Portfolio Management experience in Financial Institutions or Sales experience in Credit Insurance companies
  • Ability to understand corporate customers’ expectations
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and oral
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Hardworking, accurate, result oriented professional


Job Description

  • Execution of sales and marketing activities of new services
  • Managing the daily communication and coordination for our portfolio of current services we provide to the Client
  • Implementing and managing our current services; dealing with all resulting issues including advice, claims administration and operations monitoring,.
  • Maintaining the coordination in between the Client and the Insurance Companies,
  • Creating business opportunities, acquiring and managing relations
