We are a multinational Ink Production company in Packaging industry located in Tuzla. We are looking for 'Account Manager Technology', who will has an experience in printing industry.

University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering,

• Min 4 years’ experience at preferably printing inks or printing industry

• Knowledge about color and color management

• Knowledge and/or experience at printing

• Very good level in both written and verbal English

• Preferably SAP user

• Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hardworking,

• Ability to communicate and work with cross functional teams and all levels in the organization,

• Ability to come up to speed quickly on new techniques/processes to work independently in a fast paced environment,

• Results-oriented to ensure delivery of appropriate services in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion

• No military obligation for male candidates,

• No obstacle for travel domestically and internationally.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Providing high quality service to customers in his/her own responsibility for all kind of technical requests

• Supporting customer by regular visits and on site trial follow ups

• Planning and doing all related laboratory studies for development/improvement of products which will fit customer needs

• Reworking product formulations in case of need for first time good approval at quality department

• Entering and modifying formulations at SAP

• Recording all requests in ink portal system

• Working in close contact with technical colleagues in EMEA region

• Working in close contact with sales partner as well as other cross functional teams

• Following and supporting all kinds of planned and continues improvement actions
