GENEL NİTELİKLER
Qualifications
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Graduation from related departments of universities (i.e. Accounting/Economics/Finance or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance departments
- Experience in pharmaceutical sector would be an advantage
- Good understanding of Uniform Chart of Accounts and accounting processes, following the legislative changes closely
- Preferably experience in internal and/or external auditing
- Advanced knowledge in SAP-FI module usage
- IFRS reporting knowledge would be an asset
- Excellent use of Microsoft Excel
- Improved reporting, analytical skills
- Analytical, careful and accountable
- Eager to learn, good team player
- Positive thinking skills, attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and to work with flexible working hours if necessary

Job Description
- Performing finance operations of Middle East organization remotely
- Recording return invoices, price differences etc. into the SAP
- Recording vendor invoices into the SAP
- Recording employee expenses into the SAP in accordance with cost centers
- Recording insurance policies into the SAP
- Monthly exchange rate difference transactions
- Following material standard prices and entering in SAP
- Following contracts and preparing stamp tax declarations
- Preparing BA-BS declarations
- Preparing VAT 2 declarations
- Processing and following e-ledger and e-invoice transactions
- Preparing deductible VAT lists
- Performing periodic reconciliation with domestic customers and suppliers
- Performing periodic reconciliation with foreign customers and suppliers
- Following internal audit requirements and take necessary actions where required
- Providing support to other issues related to accounting, audit and reporting
- Supporting monthly closing and audit processes when required
