We are looking for an Accounting Specialist who will join our Finance and Accounting Team to maintain the financial integrity of Insider.

We’re lucky to have an amazing Finance and Accounting Team, and now, we need your help to grow it.

What you will do day in and day out:

Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory

Assisting the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, developing budgets, preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies

Speaking with global teams to ensure recordings of global offices are done properly and in a timely manner

Communicating with clients to discuss account statuses, charges, or discrepancies

We’d love to hear from you if:

You’ve a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance and Accounting or other related fields

You’ve a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role

You’re a proactive and self-directed person, you take initiatives when necessary

You know your way around coordinating and motivating the team members

You’ve strong organization and time management skills to deliver multiple projects with tight deadlines

You’ve business judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to use data to quickly establish the highest value priorities and develop a strategy to pursue them

You’ve a command of English
