QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an “Administrative Assistant” to work at our University’s Faculties/Departments with the below qualifications and responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience at office works,
- Excellent command of both written and communication skills in English,
- Proficient in MS Office Programs,
- Excellent organizational & time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks,
- Professional approach towards workplace dynamics.
- Have ability to problem solving and create effective and creative solutions
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain effective communication between Rectorate Office and other departments in both English and Turkish, follow up on all correspondence and provide complete feedback to all parties.
- Provide administrative support to all admin & academic personnel and students by accurately using the existing information systems ( STARS, BAİS, DAİS, EBYS exc..) in line with the current rules and regulations required by the University’s legal framework.
- Coordinate the use of department’s classrooms, meeting rooms and lecture halls.
- Assist in the organization of administrative meetings, social and educational events within the department.
- Maintain office supplies and carry out the entire material and service purchasing process in coordination with related departments.
