QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degrees from a reputable university both in Engineering and Business Administration
  • Having extensive knowledge of spare parts business,
  • Preferably having dealer management experience,
  • Preferably having logistics sector and / or lifting equipment experience,
  • Having SAP knowledge,
  • Having excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Preferably having experience on campaigns, over the counter, B2B & B2C sales,
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Residency in Istanbul,
  • No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Executing sales of parts, services and solutions to dealers and customers,
  • Determining the development aspects and realizing the team building,
  • Managing the dealer network with sound KPIs,
  • Determining the key development areas of dealers and helping them to reach the desired level,
  • Establishing a business plan to increase the sales to end customers,
  • Adding new products and solutions to the portfolio and fostering their sales figures,
  • Following up the market activities closely both in the field and by extracting out of big data,
  • Establishing methods to measure the market share of the products sold,
  • Executing campaigns and new product releases
