QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degrees from a reputable university both in Engineering and Business Administration
Having extensive knowledge of spare parts business,
Preferably having dealer management experience,
Preferably having logistics sector and / or lifting equipment experience,
Having SAP knowledge,
Having excellent communication and analytical skills
Preferably having experience on campaigns, over the counter, B2B & B2C sales,
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Residency in Istanbul,
No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Executing sales of parts, services and solutions to dealers and customers,
Determining the development aspects and realizing the team building,
Managing the dealer network with sound KPIs,
Determining the key development areas of dealers and helping them to reach the desired level,
Establishing a business plan to increase the sales to end customers,
Adding new products and solutions to the portfolio and fostering their sales figures,
Following up the market activities closely both in the field and by extracting out of big data,
Establishing methods to measure the market share of the products sold,
Executing campaigns and new product releases
