QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
AGS Medikal is a fast-growing dynamic manufacturer specialized in Dental Implant Systems and the market leader in Turkey with exports to more than 70 countries.
In connection with the expansion of our activities we want to get in touch with enthusiastic and talented candidates for Regulatory Affairs (RA) & Sales Assistant position.
Currently residing in Turkey for foreign citizens (Valid Residence / Work permit).
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, natural sciences or life sciences in a reputable university,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must,
- Knowledge of the registration process to MOH in the International Market is a plus,
- Strongly self-motivated; solves business problems and works well with limited supervision,
- Able to perform in a fast-paced work environment where constant re-prioritization is required,
- Proficiency in MS Office programs,
- Military service should be completed for male candidates,
- Resident in the Asian part of Istanbul or in neighborhoods with easy commute to our office.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To cooperate as a RA team member in the joint efforts for the development of the global product approval strategy in a timely and accurate manner,
- Investigating new regulatory areas and contributes to RA strategies in these fields,
- Ensuring that the license renewal processes are carried out on time,
- Following deficiency letters and communicate with related departments to respond properly,
- Prepares and issues regulatory statements,
- To support other departments in sales operations,
- To support the operational processes and sales team in the preparation of reports and documentation related to sales processes,
- Sharing various announcements of the sales team via e-mail,
- Application and follow-up of government incentives, execution of the necessary process.
