QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree –Engineering or Aviation Management is preferred,
· Minimum 2 years of work experience,
· Excellent command of written and spoken English,
· Strong problem solving skills,
· Avaliable to work flexible hours (14:00 pm – 12:00 am )
· B Class Driving License owner and active driver,
· Ramp and flight loading experience is required.
JOB DETAILS
· Ensuring timely and accurate transfer of shipment information to the next UPS facility,
· Being in charge of all activities of the aircrew and responsibility for the management and operation for them,
· Control all apron activities, customs and ground handling operations and report compliance with UPS standards,
· Responsible for the security of all UPS materials,
· Managing ULD control and tracking of country stock. Making a ULD request from according to the requirements.
· The follow-up and receipt of the cargos going by commercial planes,
· Prepare weekly , monthly reports and daily productivity reports,
· Ensuring that the services received from all providers from which UPS receives services related to the Air Operations department are carried out correctly and without disruption.
