1-2 years work/internship experience in the logistics industry is preferred
Fluency in English is a must
Strong verbal communication requirement with customers via phone
Excellent command of MS-Office tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both within UPS and with customers
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills and ability to deal with and follow up on multiple complex customer issues at the same time
Residence of Istanbul-European side is preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION
Expand customer portfolio with strong phone call presence and experience
Maintain relationships with customers by assisting them with general inquiries or pricing requests, support resolving service issues or to position additional UPS’ products and services
Maintain ownership of queries through to resolution, ensuring that the customer (and any other UPS function if required) receives regular updates at appropriate intervals
Keep Sales and Operations informed about any special customer requirements and changes
Pro-active customer service for “Must Keep” customers
Enter and maintain new opportunities in UPS system (TEAMS or successor system)
Analyze sales KPI's maintain up-to-date knowledge of UPS products, services and processes
