- Minimum 2 years of work experience,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Strong knowledge and experience in
o SQL
o ASP
o Visual Studio
o SSRS Reports
o Power BI
- Excellent team work and communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills,
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Problem solving skills, able to effectively troubleshoot issues also remotely
- Able to work between at 10:00-19:00 hours
- Able to work as a home office
JOB DESCRIPTION
Data Management Supervisor is responsible for designing and engineering supporting SCS process groups software applications, mentoring other software development team members, researching software development architecture and techniques that might be used in software applications, and consulting with Applications Development team members on software requirements. He/She observes agents (i.e., customer service representatives) To identify processes that can be modeled and prepare software drafts (i.e., visionary mock-ups) to review with end users (i.e., agents, supervisors, and managers) to verify processes and obtain approval. This position creates solutions' models from the mock-ups and determines what tools are necessary and what software is needed to allow the tools to operate in the agents' work environments. He/She evaluates retail software products to evaluate and determine when commercially available products will meet SCS functional needs and eliminate the need to develop the solution from scratch. Data Management Supervisor utilizes the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to manage software development projects from visioning and planning through development and implementation. This position supports SCS end users' maintenance requests and troubleshoots issues to resolve problems and restore agents' computer system functionality.
