Job Description
· Providing full support to the General Manager,
· Organizing the meeting and travel organizations and agenda management,
· Monitor incoming calls, maintain agenda and prioritize incoming correspondence,
· Managing the documentation, filing, archiving processes efficiently,
· Preparing reports and presentations when needed.
General Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
· 5 years experience as assistant of manager or similar position,
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office,
· Analytical mind with good math skills,
· Proficiency in English, a second foreign language is a plus,
· Good at planning and time management skills,
· Proactive, presentable, result oriented
· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload,
· Good follow-up of the different topics.
