We are looking for an Application Support Analyst for our customer.
Required qualifications are listed below:
- Min. Bachelor Degree ( Computer Science, Management Information Systems, etc.),
- Min.2 years experience (preferable in the Finance sector),
- Good command of MS Office applications,
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, result-oriented skills.
- Preferably good command of English.
Job Description
- Supporting back office (LeaseFlex and FinanceFlex) Systems and Server (App & DB) Administrator: Access Management, Monitoring, release management, configuration, Disaster side, Penetration and etc.
- ITGC Compliance: Implementation and monitoring of IT General Controls, Audit Process (VFS, BRSA, or any other IT audit and results),
- Being a part of preparation for the Business Continuity & Business Contingency Plans,
- Being a point of contact for VFS Turkey daily IT incidents, including first-level technical and functional analysis by understanding the business functionality and system workflow,
- Co-ordination with IT vendors and internal support teams for daily production issues and any fixes required,
- Gathering IT incidents data and find patterns, to identify root causes and fix the problems,
- Automating regular repetitive user requests and IT support tasks, either through basic scripting and programming yourself or by working with IT vendors,
- Providing the necessary IT support and coordination in line with the needs of the departments,
- To be in close cooperation with the local and global IT teams of our business partner.
