We are looking for Solution Analyst for our customer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collect, clarify and translate business requirements into conceptual design working with the project team and using appropriate tools and models from which application and solution are developed
· Responsible for the management and development of a General Ledger/Finance Solution within the local Turkey Market, region and with the Global platform’s teams.
· Design, test and support the implementation and post go-live items for Turkey to implement the Finance Optimisation Platform as directed by the regional and global program managers.
· Adept at the use of Microsoft Dynamics NAVISION, or any similar ERP solutions for financial services markets in Turkey.
· Understanding data modelling, data schemas.
· Strong understanding of local financial processes in Turkey is preferred, Asia Region is a plus.
· Understanding database operations and configurations
· Produce the functional specifications (including use cases) for the development of the solution and validate these specifications with the Business, Product and Project representatives
· Produce the technical specifications to be communicated to the development team for the development of the solution and obtain sign-off
· Be the liaison between the Business and Technical communities
· Handle all clarification requests to/from the development team or software provider throughout the whole development phase
· Produce the test cases and scenarios for the business and user acceptance test
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
· Engineering degree or specialized diploma
· Min 2 years of experience in Finance solutions like Dynamics NAV, SAP, Xero or similar
· Experience in Turkey Financial Services Industry
· Knowledge of SQL Database and queries
· Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
· Understanding of basic IT and Business analysis tools
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
· Very good understanding of Financial or Vehicle lending business
· Strong problem-solving skills, identifying, structuring, monitoring and delivering results
· Strong planning and analytical skills
· Good communication skills and ability to work and interact with a wide variety of colleagues
· High level of IT application skills, specifically in Chart of Accounts, IFRS 9 and local financial procedures
· A global and agile mind-set with strong customer focus
· Drive and ability to execute against set targets and a positive and proactive attitude
· Advanced level of English (oral/written) and proficiency in Turkish language
