QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares business/customer plan for the responsible areas and executes them within area dynamics
  • Prepares basic business indicators (yearly updated business targets (KPI)) parallel to company strategies, follows actuals and budgeted differences, takes necessary actions
  • Provides the compliance of CCI and Distributor strategies, prepares distributor business plan, develops and controls distributors business processes in line with CCI standards
  • Makes sure to have action plans towards opportunities and threats by following market developments and other companies’ trends, informs and directs senior management accordingly
  • Manages yearly budget (marketing-commercial marketing, promotion, expense budget etc.) efficiently
  • Monitors monthly forecasts
  • Plans the training and development plan and performance evaluations of his/her team members, (onboarding, OJT and other training programs), leads the employee engagement processes for both CCI and distributor
  • Manages distributor formation and change management
  • Monitors the efficiency of business processes, ensures sustainable development and extends the best practices
  • Manages the Key Account Portfoy within the business plan efficiently

Specifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • At least 5 years of professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience
  • Result Oriented, Self-Initiative, Strong Communication Skills
  • Advanced level of English will be an asset
  • Fluent in Turkish and English is must (both speaking and writing)
  • Locate/willing to re allocate in Istanbul & Karabük.
