QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For our Building Products business unit we are searching for an Area Sales Professional (Anatolia Region) who plans & performs sales targets/activities in a specified region for the portfolio of Building Products (BP) to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers and to achieve defined commercial targets, wins new customers, represents complete BP portfolio such as building automation, lighting automation, fire detection, access control, public announce and evacuation, fire extinguishing (gas)!

What are my responsibilities?

Ensures efficient territory coverage,

Plans and ensures sales volumes, customer visits and strategic activities in assigned territory,

Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders,

Prepares customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network,

Prioritizes customers based on potential and opportunities and allocate effort (# of visits),

Spots and develop opportunities and prospects in CRM System,

Develops new customers to gain additive potentials/revenues,

Coordinates proposals in cooperation with Back Office/other involved professionals and management,

Utilizes Back Office & Support functions for efficient serving of customers wherever possible,

Acts as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters & influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support,

Develops high potential customers to be transferred to channel with account-oriented sales approach,

Orchestrates sales approach towards customer together with promotor,

Acquires new customers.

What do I need to qualify for this role?

  • Bachelor or master degree in mechanical or electrical engineering,
  • Advanced level of speaking English & Turkish,
  • Preferably located in Ankara,
  • Experience of marketing and sales in product business (5-7 years),
  • Contract management & negotiation (1-2 years),
  • Preferably direct sales experience in Building Technologies Industry,
  • Solid know-how in products delivery chains, e-commerce,
  • Basic application & product know-how preferably in Siemens Building Technologies such as Building Automation, Lighting Automation (KNX), Fire Detection etc,
  • Solid know-how of local market, customers, influencers and competitors,
  • IOT and digital services experience will be an asset,
  • CRM system and digital working environment tool knowledge.
