QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Ass.t F&B Manager who is enthusiastic at service industry and who must have;
- University degree from an accredited university in Tourism, Food Service Management, Business Administration
- At least 3-5 years in similar or same role
- Having deluxe hotel experience
- Good command of English
- Strong proven leadership abilities, creativity and a vision for quality and excellence in food & beverage operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and customers
- Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively
Assistant F&B Manager will be responsible for;
- Direct and organize the Food & Beverage operation within the hotel in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage service,
- Coordinate food and beverage sub-departmants - restaurants, stewards, room service etc.,
- Implement effective control of food, beverage and labor cost,
- Responsible for guest satisfaction in relation to the food and beverage service,
- Responsible for the preparation of F&B budget and forecast, determination of purchase requirements, menus, job descriptions, etc.,
- Lead, manage and develop personnel in the food and beverage department.
