To support our Regional Head in Istanbul, we are looking to recruit an Assistant to Regional Head of CAMEA(Central Asia, Middle East and Africa)

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • General organizational and secretarial tasks
  • Planning, implementation, coordination and control of administrative processes of the secretariat of the management while observing the provisions on confidentiality (e.g. update of information in SAP, SAP System maintenance, implementing of the processes, coordination of events)
  • Responsible for coordination, managing of regional communication infrastructure (internal / external) (e.g., implementing of regional social media communication, intranet or any other internal info tools)
  • Responsible to support regional team, especially for the preparation and post processing of review meeting, reports and follow ups.
  • Organization of appointments and trips as well as daily routine coordination
  • Preparation and follow-up of Management rounds, committees and meetings (including taking minutes) as well as relief with regard to routine tasks
  • Carrying out internal and external research as well as data acquisition and evaluation
  • Preparation of analyzes and decision templates
  • Takeover of the management telephone
  • Effective support of the management in entrepreneurial management tasks
  • Organizing and coordinating of the corporate / regional internal and external communication, announcement,
  • Tracking and updating of social media, media general. Review press articles, prepare overview (press review) and communicate to RH
  • Preparation of presentation, speech and related tools for Regional Head
  • Support sales manager in coordinating the internal list of deliverables & deadlines and tracks progress / chase people
  • Print and send contracts & offers and price indications (to customers / internal managers)
  • Support RH in maintaining customer / external relations (sending documentation, answering e mails, etc.)
  • Add / update relevant information in SAP ERP / CRM
  • Prepare reports, e.g. on KPI
  • Coordinate administrative tasks (e.g. business trips SAP, ERP, accounting)
  • Organize and prepare meetings (e.g. meeting room, presentations) and write minutes (meeting report)
  • Prepare and coordinate ENERCON customer events and fairs, manage PR-material
