QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· BS and/or MS degree in Mechatronics, Electrics Electronics, Computer, Control and Automation Engineering fields
· Automotive sector experience is an asset (with IATF 16949 knowledge)
· At least 4 years work experiences
· Good level of English
· High level Siemens PLC and SCADA programming knowledge,
· Good level KUKA or/and FANUC robotics programing
· TPM/TPS knowledge is asset
· Proficient in MS Office program
· Strong communication and coordination skills
· Ability to take responsibility, take initiative when necessary, result-oriented, analytical thinking
· Completed military service for male candidates
· Willing to take responsibility
· Available to live in Istanbul Asia / Kocaeli

Position descriptions

· Deciding the automation of new investments and determining the requirements.
. Control and manage automation of new investments.
. Examining new investment supplier offers and specifying automation requirements in the technical specification.
· Improve existing equipment’s automation condition for higher efficient
· Support hanging and updating existing equipment PLC programs, and electrical conditions
· Leader of Robotic processes, and improve existing processes with new technology
· Following new trends according to Industry 4.0 – Predictive and high accuracy equipment.
· Have countermeasure to all problems according to IATF 16949 restrictions.
· Organize and give technical training
