GENEL NİTELİKLER
IHI DALGAKIRAN MACHINERY which was established with the partnership of IHI Holding from Japan and DALGAKIRAN Group from Turkey is the first and only Turbo Compressor manufacturer of our country.
As IHI DALGAKIRAN, we are looking for a candidate with the following criteria to carry out PLC programming, preparing reference and final documentation and developing automation applications with using different communication protocols in our fast-growing team. This candidate will be responsible to find new technologies and Industry 4.0 in terms of machine and industrial automation.
To be assigned as a Electronics Communication Engineer at our company’s Kocaeli / Dilovası location;
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience about machine or industrial automation systems.
- Having experience in control systems design, PLC programming, industrial communication protocols and SCADA systems.
- Experienced in integrated automation systems and OT cases.
- Experienced or open to learn Industry 4.0 compatibiliy with machine automation.
- Experienced or open to learn automatic control PID systems.
- Good knowledge of Siemens TIA PORTAL and WinCC.
- Good knowledge of MODBUS TCP, MODBUS RTU, PROFIBUS and PROFINET.
- Good knowledge of E3 Zuken or similar electrical drawing program.
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic
- Work in a team environment and be a good team player,
- Having strong communication and coordination skills,
- Being innovative and open to learning,
- Fluent in English both written and spoken,
- No restriction for travelling,
- Having B level drive licence
- Residing in Istanbul-Anatolian side or Kocaeli (İzmit, Derince, Körfez, Dilovası, Gebze, Çayırova) or relocate.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Proactive in finding permanent and retain solutions for engineering & design problems.
- Drive the integration of new technologies and Industry 4.0 in terms of machine and industrial automation.
- Execute product design development in the frame of the project with the most appropriate technical solutions.
- Manage relationships involving internal and external partners from different areas and people.
- PLC programming, preparing reference and final documentation and developing automation applications with using different communication protocols.
- Involve in product development process with component selections, cost evaluations, prototype tests and engineering calculations and reports.
