QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other
- Master’s Degree is a plus,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English,
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Automotive Sector as a Quality Management System Engineer,
- Experience in working with the understanding of: PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA, SPC,
- Knowledge and experience of IATF 16949 management
- Knowledge and experience in problem solving techniques,
- Preferably IATF Internal and VDA 6.Auditor certificate,
- Critical observation skills, analytical skills, decision-making and management skills in critical conditions,
- Customer focused and good communication skills.
- Knowledge of German is preferred,
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Improving and ensuring continuity of IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems
- Plan, coordinate and lead internal and external quality audits to maintain QMS compliance and implementation
Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations)
