MAT Filtration Technologies was established to provide the highest possible efficiency equipment and services on water filtration technology. Specifically MAT was established in 2012 in Izmir, Turkey and was founded by fish husbandry industry experts. Our expertise in animal husbandry for over 35 years is our biggest competitive advantage. Furthermore we understand animal behavior and we know in depth the operational needs to run properly a facility. Our company develops and tests the equipment performance and ensures its ease of operation on our marine fish quarantine facility in Izmir. In addition we have designed our organisation to deliver successfully and on-time demanding projects in any part of the world. Finally MAT has developed to become a design, manufacturing and contracting leader in the field of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and specialty filtration technologies. Currently, we employ over 200 highly-skilled staff of multiple nationalities.
We are looking for a PROCESS DESIGN ENGINEER in our growing company. Description:
• Preparation of necessary basic filtration calculations in line with the filtration parameters and PFDs to be provided.
• Preparation of the P & IDs of the system to be applied in line with the parameters and PFDs to be provided.
• In case of outsourcing, System P & IDs are read and related Equipment layout plans and piping projects are prepared in Autocad / Revit Program (in accordance with BIM).
• During BIM modeling, preparing application projects by ensuring the necessary coordination with other disciplines.
• Creation of bill of materials (BoQ) over the BIM Model to be prepared.
• Preparation and follow-up of Shop drawings and Asbuilt drawings that will be required during the implementation of the project (including necessary P&ID revisions).
Qualifications:
• A very good command of English.
• To know how to read PFD and P&ID.
• To have an advanced command of the REVIT Program not only as an operator but also technically. (When necessary, to be able to define a family to the REVIT program, to prepare the Project Template, etc.)
• To have command of AutoCAD / Plant program.
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial 3D Piping design.
• To be experienced in hydraulic analysis of open and closed water systems.
• Preferably to be able to use the Pipe flow Expert program.
• Experienced in plastic piping design preferably working with gravity.
• Not affiliated with military service
• Not having any obstacle to working in abroad and / or in Turkey
• To be suitable for busy and flexible working hours.
