Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related field
A minimum of 5 years prior in Marketing experience in FMCG sector
Experienced in new product development, brand strategy development, brand planning, budget management and project management
Excellent multi-tasking, project management, coordination & communication skills
Result oriented, problem solver and follower, ability to deliver meeting the deadlines.
Outgoing, willing to take part in events and activities in line with brand plans
Analytical and attentive to details
Positive, ambitious and highly motivated
Advanced command of English

Job Description
In line with company’s growth strategies, playing key role in managing new product development processes including cross departmental coordination, consumer research, packaging development, planning and executing launch activities, measurement and evaluation upon post launch period.
Preparing and conducting annual marketing plans
Tracking activity budget and marketing spend
Analyzing market data, competitors and consumer trends, in order to prepare reports that will address top management and commercial teams.
Playing leading role in POS material development, by briefing design teams and agencies, coordinating commercial teams, procurement, suppliers and legal department and following up the process to meet the deadlines and high level of quality standards
