- University degree in related departments (Preferably Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering
- Min. 5 years of category management in FMCG sector
- Knowledgeable about marketing (channel management, media management, trade marketing, digital marketing, sales, budget management, product and market,consumer behaviour)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Analytical skills and creative mindset
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- No restriction to travel
- No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing and planning 360° marketing mix of the brand according to general brand strategy and company targets,
- Preparing media plan, annual marketing budget and the growth target of the category,
- Developing annual category and brand plans guide portfolio priorities to deliver company business objectives.
- Managing market and consumer researches, analysing the outputs for the related category,turn in to action plan.
- Preparing and executing all channel-based launch & re-launch programs and in-store display activities - POS materials for the related category,
- Preparing other necessary analysis and reports for the needs of department.
- Managing cross functional teams.
