GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a 'Brand Manager' to work in Balparmak HQ office located in Çekmeköy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product development, brand related product positioning, planning, and executing the brand communication strategy,
  • Follow the market dynamics with research reports and prepare analysis based on research data,
  • Develop marketing plans, analyze evaluate market trends,
  • Execute short-term and long-term brand strategies and plans,
  • Prepare and manage annual budget for the brand,
  • Support new product launch and relaunch as planned,
  • Coordinate the advertising strategies (both ATL and BTL),
  • Monitor brand performance; analyze and interpret competition data, category trends and develops recommendations and action plans accordingly,
  • Responsible for digital marketing of the category and willing to bring new ways of doing,
  • Partner with media / consumer and market insights to implement media strategy and plans,
  • Work closely with sales and trade marketing team to achieve topline and bottom-line targets by managing products mix, discounts conditions and pricing,
  • Follow up consumer activities and PR activities to strengthen the competitive advantage of the brand.


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (preferably master’s degree in marketing),
  • At least 5-7 years of brand management experience in FMCG industry,
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills,
  • Self-motivated with good communication and excellent presentation skills,
  • No restriction to travel.
