We are looking for Brand / Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Endustrial Engineering and Business disciplines

· Master degree is a plus

· At least 3 years of marketing experience in product marketing and/or marketing communication area

· Excellent command of written and verbal English

· Knowing a second language such as spanish, french or german will be an asset

· Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes

· Strong problem solving and analytic thinking skills

· Team player and strong resilinace for stress

· Enthusiastic and proactive approach with attention to detail

· Have good communication skills, and strong will for problem solving

· Open to learning and disciplened personality

· No military obligation for male candidates

· Know how for the makeup and wellness category is a plus


What You’ll Do

· Supporting the new product development process

· Generating new product ideas and executing them

· Managing the digital sales platforms with support of the IT

· Leading the assigned product portfolio in line with brand strategies for Turkey and global market

· Supporting content development in close partnership with the internal business partners like PR & social media teams

· Developing opportunities in different categories to reach goals of assigned brands

· Working with the field sales team to develop supportive sales materials

· Developing training materials according to the product strategies

· Analysing the market and category trends, brand health, pricing, competition and campaigns

· Planning and executing offline-online marketing communications strategies

· Executing 360 degree campaigns to increase brand awareness

· Taking fast and up-to-date actions for content and campaign flows due to changing market dynamics
