QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Olgarlar Group is the Turkey distributor of many big brands as Quiksilver, Salomon, Jack Wolfskin and the one of leader company in sports products field of retailing (SPX and Vault Stores). We are looking for Budget and Reporting Specialist for our headquarter located in Beşiktaş, Ulus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management Engineering or closely related fields of Boğaziçi, ODTÜ, Koç, Sabancı, İTÜ or other reputable universities
- 5 years of experience in related fields (budget, controlling, financial reporting etc.)
- Experience at big four audit firms is an asset
- Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- IFRS knowledge is preffered
- Proactive, dynamic, team-work and result oriented
- No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least two years
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Providing support in budget preparation process, collaborating with other departments
- Preparing monthly management reports
- Supporting the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Performing budget variance analysis in accordance with actual and estimated comparison
- Preparing analysis reports on fixed and variable expenses, forecast income statements, balance sheet and cash flow statements
- Data analysis
- Taking active role in business development activities
