QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Business Analyst" for our multinational company operating in Manufacturing Sector in Maltepe, İstanbul.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar area
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in multinational environment, with minimum 3 years
- Fluency in English (writing and speaking)
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within and outside the Company
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Results-oriented, methodical and pro-active attitude
- Demonstrated computer proficiency; strong excel skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Review the support of the sales orders received by the sales department in terms of internal control & documentation requirements and system input
- Understand the project and contract requirements and follow up internally with different departments and externally with customers the milestone dates, invoicing, collections and letter of guarantees
- Prepare and keep upto date all finance related databases and the ERP system in accordance with the updates on the projects
- Have timely and efficient communication with the sales team, project controllers, factory and customers and keep finance records upto date
- Follow up the Letter of Guarantee process with the bank and foreign customers
- Follow up of the collections with the foreign customers
- Prepare daily , weekly and monthly reports as well as ad hoc reports covering the above items
- Ensure the monthly closing activities related to the above
- Take part in the treasury operations including collections from the customers (foreign ), payments to suppliers (domestic and foreign), cash flow management and banking operations
