QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Development Senior Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

Scouting of new original/generic products in line with company strategies and market trends to expand the company product portfolio

Identification, creating, establishing and managing commercial and technical relations/negotiations with potential partner companies.

Preparation of market analysis, sales forecasts and business plans for new /potential pharmaceutical products.

Coordinating internal decision-making process within the company by contacting with sales & marketing, regulatory affairs, finance, and medical departments.

Self-Starter in his role and accountabilities and ability to prioritize.

Understanding the vision and mission of the company and the department and work in line with the same.

Understand the process flow of business and successfully taking the opportunities to a desirable outcome ensuring they are in line with the expectations of the department manager.

Achieving the Business objectives as set in by the department manager.

Day-to-Day duties typically include:

Researching for new products and potential partners (with all possible medium of research) to expand the product portfolio

Establishing good relations with potential partners.

Preparation of monthly reports to be presented to the management regarding on going projects.

Following market trends in Turkey and the world by analyzing various data sources.

Planning and managing events as requested and desired for the business growth in guidance of the senior

Attending local and international conferences, meetings, and industry events if required.

Assisting the Business Development Head in projects and day to day activities as assigned.
