QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Since 2020, Sigma Group has been providing superior and advanced technology services to its business partners in Turkey and all over the world with its companies and more than 100 employees in the software, investment, marketing, architecture, food and beverage sectors as well as telecommunication.

Sigma Group is looking for enthusiastic Business Development Team Leader. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined on job posting;


Roles and Responsibilities;

· Team Management with both international and national customers,

· Attend international conferences and conventions for new business development, increase existing businesses,

· Managing a network of global Telco Carriers, operators and end-users also domestic enterprises,

· Coordinating the Business Development team and assisting with recruiting and training new hires,

· Analyzing Business Development team performance and scheduling training/refresher sessions accordingly,

· Find new customers, widen network and develop new business areas,

· Planning Tasks, daily activities, CRM, good time management,

· Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base,

· Providing accurate sales forecasts and allocating resources so targets are met,

· Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust,

· Strong influencing skills and sound negotiator and Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of a customer,

· Follow, decide, implement on emerging Telco trends and technologies,

· Manage, organize and lead communication between stakeholders, customers and the sales team.

Qualifications / Experience;

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business discipline,

· Turkish as a native language,

· Good command of English is a must, any other language is preferrable,

· 2+ Years of related Sales Team Management Experience especially in at least one of these areas: telecommunication, IT infrastructure, operator, ISP, SMS provider, technical service/solution sales,

· Good delegation and orientation skills,

· Excellent communication and presentation skills,

· Proven track record on Sales with an existing professional network,

· Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people,

· Valid Driver’s license.
