We are looking for a Business Solutions Manager who have:
- Bachelor degree / Master degree in Computer Science or related field,
- At least 7 years relevant experience in IT project & process,
- Experience managing Web & Mobile projects,
- Strong Project Management skills preferably with relevant certification,
- Provide leadership, career development and must have desire to advance team members professional development and career progression,
- Demonstrated history of leading team(s) to successful outcomes,
- Excellent verbal and written communication & collaboration skills,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams,
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed,
- Ability to deal with ambiguous situations,
- Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks and the ability to deal with a variable workload,
- Thrive in collaborative environments and work well with colleagues,
- Demonstrate open, fact based and solution focused approach with analytical thinking,

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee accurate and timely conversion of IT related issues into business requirements and ensure effective management,
- Manage IT related Project pipeline by coordinating with all departments through IT business partners and Project related function heads,
- Ensure that IT business partners communicate and corporate well with the functions,
- Ensure IT business excellence,
- Manage performance evaluation and reporting of IT Business partners,
- Follow latest trends in the industry and proactively drive innovation for systems and processes,
- Continuously assess 3rd party service providers and take required actions (e.g identifying new ones)
- Realize business requirements conformity, functional qualification, unit and integration tests and document the results,
- Lead a team of business solutions professionals in IT projects,
- Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs and ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met in timely basis,
- Analyses technical and functional impacts of various candidate solutions and approaches to respond to needs and provide recommendations to business units,
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and solutions,
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility,
- Develop, plan and execute different scale of projects,
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques,
- Report and escalate to management as needed,
- Plan, organize and monitor multiple projects simultaneously,
- Monitors and supports new releases, including e-mail communication, to respond to feedback, resolve issues and approve software rollout.
