The requirements for the successful candidate are;

  • University Degree in Textile Engineering,
  • Minimum 5-8 years experience & background in a technical role in textile and in reputable retail companies,
  • Broad technical and development knowledge over a wide range of women's knitwear fashion,
  • Strong negotiation skills with ability to follow-through on supplier contracts,
  • Strong good communication, problem solving, planning and organizational skills,
  • Highly self-motivated and self-directed,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English language is a must.


The position will focus on the ladies’ knitwear product development andthe key duties of the successful candidates will be:

  • Applying the company standards to development and production processes,
  • Managing the process of development and pricing of the product,
  • Undertaking quality evaluations of the production in order to assure the quality of the final product,
  • Identifying the latest global trends in womenswear, developments and innovations,
  • Building strong relationships with product development and design teams as well as the suppliers,
