QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration/Economics/Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Min.5 years of commercial/category/buying/ and campaign management experience preferably in fashion & accessories fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze business trends and sales forecasts
  • Excellent team player
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross functional teams
  • Knowledge and interest in fashion & market trends and competitor strategies
  • Good level of MS Office Applications, especially strong excel usage
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • No restrict to travel
  • For Male candidates, military service should be completed

Responsibilities :

  • Understanding internal & external customer needs and react accordingly
  • Following and executing the process of products from the order stage to the display stage
  • Ensuring the stock availability according to the sales target and preserving the stocks in optimum level
  • Reviewing sales performance periodically and taking necessary actions
  • Developing strategies to take advantage of market opportunities
  • Determining the products that should be listed or delisted from the assortment
  • Playing an active role in the purchasing activities from end to end and following on time delivery processes
  • Collaborating with the suppliers directly
  • Analyzing the product range, pricing and margins for the related brands and reporting to his/her superiors
  • Based on the annual/semiannual marketing calendar, propose and execute action plans
  • Checking margin levels and if needed proposing action plans to revise the pricing policy periodically
  • Liaising with the Visual merchandising team to ensure that product visibility is clear and meeting customer needs
  • Building constructive relationships with the vendors. Attending events, fairs and exhibitions to remain up-to-date with the market trends
  • Good representation of the company in all aspects of the business.
