Reporting to Marketing Head, develop strategy and budget, implement and review marketing plans in line with global guidance and company objectives to ensure the profitability and the long-term growth of the category,
Offer optimum pricing strategy and reach sales & profitability targets with P&L responsibility,
Select the most competitive collection and lead season launch plans
Define the most suited actions and tools to reach set objectives in line with corporate policies and image.
Collaborate extensively amongst sales, finance, planning and logistics to execute activities such as launching new products in relation to the need of local market (assortment), pricing strategies, product mix, communications and promotion,
Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory. Monitor company turnover, sales, returns, promotions and special offers,
Manage agencies for fashion communication,
Make necessary preperations and lead the monthly meetings with headquarters in Italy,
Conduct consumer, commercial and economic researches to identify insights to be more competitive and become the number one choice of target audience,
Coordinate and participate in trade shows and promotional activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields from a reputable university
3+ years marketing experience in marketing or category management
Experience in Retail, Fashion/Textile is a plus
Exceptional project and budget management skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, focus, lead, influence and delegate
Strong analytical perspective
Superior oral, written, presentation and communication skills with highly acquired interpersonal skills
Excellent command of oral and written English. Italian is a plus
Advanced in usage of MS Office programs, especially Excel
