DESCRIPTION
Controlling the daily and periodical end-of-work cleaning activities in the Slaughterhouse and Advanced Processing production areas.
Checking the effectiveness of the cleaning and disinfection process applied and making necessary warnings and directions.
To control the chemicals used for cleaning and disinfection during the application phase.
To check the cleaning works carried out daily and periodically outside the production areas.
To ensure the coordination of cleaning practices by communicating with other departments when necessary.
Evaluating the complaints from Quality Assurance and other units and making necessary warnings and guidance.
Observing the implementation status by following the corrective actions.
To follow up and evaluate the results of microbiological sample analysis taken by Quality Assurance, to inform the cleaning personnel, to follow up the measures taken against inappropriate results.
