· Project leader for business transfers and new business from Europe except Ice Cream
· Leading and managing the sales back-office, participating in local management
· Coordination of outbound and inbound account management, active communication with sales community
· Detailed analyses of turnover and margin development, etc. / forecasting on existing customers.
· Maintaining and expanding database of prospects
· Participating in supply chain team
· Customer contacts and visits (alignment with sales leaders)
· Provide accurate information to planning processes and sets priorities
· Initiate proposals to improve overall profitability (proposals for price and margin strategies)
· Coordinate product development initiatives
· Ownership of stock finished goods as part of Working Capital Management and Monitoring payment behaviour in cooperation with finance department
· Guarding product specifications (standards versus non standards) in consultation with application engineers as carrier for i.e. master planning
Qualifications
· Degree in business administration, finance, marketing or related engineering faculties
· 8 years of experience in commercial manager position
· Excellent command of written and spoken English
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programmes
· Strong communication and presentation skills, projection and forecasting skills
