JOB DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a Commercial Marketing & Sales Manager for our company in the service sector for management of all operational processes.

  1. Monitor day to day business performance together with line managers and budget targets,
  2. Maintain effective and strong relations with third parties in all commercial related issues,
  3. Innovate new ways of customer satisfaction and increasing the number and trade volume with commercial partners,
  4. To monitor & coordinate the effectiveness and efficiency of commercial and marketing activities and ensure flawless and fast coordination with support functions,
  5. Monitor the overall capacity compared with regularly released customer service figures, alert with major discrepencies,
  6. Monitor headcount planning and investments are realized in the best way, respecting timing schedules and budget,
  7. The position requires orchestration of services to have them available on time,
  8. Manage a sufficient quantity of partners to ensure an uninterrupted operations flow,
  9. Create, monitor, develop a set of KPI's and metrics to assess and improve performance,
  10. Continuously look for optimization, opportunities in planning in commercials, sales and marketing.
