What you will be doing:
- Mainly responsible from baking and preparing all bread & pastries for a la carte operations, buffets and coffee breaks
- Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
- Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
- Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
- To ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- To follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
- To follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
