QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
To support the business on a broad range of legal and regulatory issues relating to leasing operations in LeasePlan Turkey, as well as providing legal support on global projects roll-out.
Job Description;
- To assist Legal Manager with ongoing legal work and responsibilities
- To manage the provision of timely and high-quality legal advice across a wide range of subjects to the business
- To work closely with other members of the global legal team as well as stakeholders from business divisions such as Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Risk, Operations,IT, Compliance and senior management,
- To work with external specialist lawyers on specialist areas such as:
-KVKK/Data protection provisions
- Competition compliance.
-Coordination of insurance indemnity-damage cases,
-Law suits,
-Legal objections to government bodies,
-Corporate matters (i.e. company board).
Required Qualifications;
- Undergraduate degree in Law,
- 2-3 years of experience upon completion of law internship
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office applications,
- Ability to manage various stakeholders,
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Enthusiasm and willingness to continuously learn and improve
- Ability to work in an international environment with exposure to diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Good project management skills, ability to prioritise tasks
