QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable universities,
- 5 years of experience as a lawyer in a reputable law firm or in a multinational company,
- Knowledge and experience in Contract Law, Corporate Law and Commercial Law,
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
- Experience in consultancy and litigation,
- Proactive and strong follow-up on multi tasks,
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills,
- Ability to work as a team member,
- Active Attorney’s License,
- No restrictions for travel.
Job Description:
- Drafting, preparing and negotiating all kinds of legal documents,
- Carrying out project finance, merger & acquisitions and public tender projects,
- Representing company before courts, arbitration tribunals, mediators, debt execution offices as attorney at law,
- Participating in company’s compliance implementations such as KVKK/GDPR,
- Providing legal opinion on various kinds of legal issues related to company’s day to day operations,
- Researching and evaluating risk factors regarding company’s activities,
- Representing company before courts as attorney,
- Following up new legislations on company’s fields of activity and reporting related departments,
- Working in cooperation with company’s other departments and external counsels.
