QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Senior Lawyer” who will report to Legal Affairs Director of the Company.
The ideal candidate is required to have the following experience and skills:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university - Master Degree is a plus,
- Excellent command of English,
- At least 8 years of legal experience in multinational companies or legal firms giving legal and consultancy services to multinational clients, is required,
- Has knowledge and experience in the fields of corporate and commercial law, contract law, intellectual property law, data protection law, IT law, capital market law.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up and organizational skills,
- Good knowledge of MS Office Applications,
- Ability to work with strict deadlines,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Have no obstacles to travel in and out of Turkey.
Job Description
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating all types of contracts,
- Provide legal support concerning legal issues, business transactions,
- Conducting legal research and draft reports, opinions, correspondence and other legal documents,
- Supporting of implementation and execution of the compliance policies and procedures of the Company,
- Anticipating and mitigating potential legal risks,
- Following up the new laws, regulations related to Company’s activities,
- Advising Company on legal matters,
- Providing legal training,
- Coordination of the external law firms.
