GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a “Senior Lawyer” to join our team which renders legal services for foreign affairs of Zorlu Group.
We expect the candidate to:
- Draft, negotiate and advise on diverse types of commercial contracts, mainly relevant to consumer electronics industry, including NDAs, Procurement Contracts, Sales/Supply Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Service Agreements, OEM Agreements,
- Actively participate at contract negotiation and review,
- Advise on day to day business matters and work in close collaboration with commercial departments with a solution and result oriented approach,
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable universities, LLM is an asset,
- Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills in English,
- Minimum 4 years of legal experience, preferable in a law office,
- Corporate law, commercial law, contract law experience,
- Solution-oriented and business minded approach to legal risks and structures,
- Military service completion is a must for male candidates,
- Ability to negotiate business-critical issues,
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment,
- Strong follow-up on multi tasks,
- Proactive, teamwork oriented,
- No travel restrictions.
