Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics and/or other related field
  • Min. 4 years of previous experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis, with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality


Job Description

  • Assist in developing, implementing & administering reward programs
  • Provide support for the annual compensation review process, the salary survey submissions and market analysis.
  • Assist in job matching, compilation of survey data, analysis of survey results and reporting of survey results
  • Assist in preparation of the annual budget
  • Maintain compensation data and track of employee changes - Assist in the analysis of base and variable compensation
  • Monitor the payroll process
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly HR Reports
  • Manage Human Resources Database Systems
  • Develop salary proposals at recruitment stage and realize annual salary increases/adjustments
  • Provide advice and guidance on global mobility matters to HRBP's, field HR, line leaders and international assignees.
