We are looking for a Continuous improvement And Resource Engineer to take part in Şişecam Headquarters – Quality Function in Tuzla/ İstanbul.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
- Minimum 2 years of quality department experience
- Experience in program/project management or an equivalent operational role
- Ability to interpret, analyze, and understand complex data sets
- Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives including lean, six sigma, problem solving methodology
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Team oriented and results-focused
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills
- Coaching, leading, and managing change
- No travel restrictions
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Deploy overall quality and supporting systems, operational management systems, processes, quality data management, improvement project management etc.
- Create and develop systems, processes, according to needs and targets set per year to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the whole chain
- Improve current systems, processes
- Be a member of Agile Quality Teams who self-organized cross-functional/cross-country teams working on specific quality programs for system improvements, optimizations and new system developments
- Be a good member of a team who quality digital transformation agenda via supporting new system/tool developments and ensuring 100% deployment of the new tools across the cluster
- Need to be Quality communication within Quality (local-regional-global) as well as cross functionally,
- Partnership within local-regional-global Quality teams for all program updates, best practice sharing, project implementation
