Continuous Improvement Engineer İş İlanı

GENEL NİTELİKLER

As Arçelik-LG Klima San. ve Tic. A.Ş, we are looking for a “Continuous Improvement Engineer” who will work in Innovation and ESH Department, with the following qualifications;

General Qualifications

• Engineering Faculty graduate (Preferably Mechanical/Industry)
• At least 2 years of experience in Lean Production, Factory Improvement Systems, Management of Improvement Projects, Integrated Management Systems
• Preferably with 6 Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt Certificate
• Preferably have ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 Internal Auditor Certificates
• Having a good command of Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma Project Management requirements and able to perform all applications in this direction.
• Solution-oriented, with strong communication skills, analytical thinking, effective in planning, organization and problem solving
• Preferably able to use Minitab
• Have good statistical knowledge
• Proficient in English

Job Description

• Coordinating Lean Production requirements within the scope of “FI-11 (Factory Improvement within 11 Steps) Management System” (Clean up 3 Steps, Autonomous Operation, Injection / Press, 6 Quality Tools, ESD, Process Loss Improvement, Logistics Loss Improvement, Equipment Loss, Field Improvement Team, Memo Suggestion etc.), triggering improvement activities, fulfilling all requirements completely
• Fulfilling all requirements within the scope of 6 Sigma Project Management System, providing 6 Sigma Green Belt trainings (Six Sigma Instructor), triggering projects, consulting projects (technical information and evaluation support), increasing company efficiency and quality level by monitoring project work efficiency
• Implementation of necessary applications within the scope of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) and serving as an internal auditor
• In the Company Target Management process; taking part in the dissemination, follow-up, reporting of the targets, triggering the improvement works towards the targets
